How long in advance should one place an order?
- For events with up to 50 costumers, or less, we take orders 24 hours in advance.
- For major events we take orders 72 hours in advance.
- However, it is advisable to schedule your order one week in advance.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes. You can make changes contacting us at 1-630-597-8188 .
There is no cancellation fee, but the caterer may have to charge for food already prepared. Therefore, we recommend changing or canceling 48 hours in advance if your order is for 100 people or less, or 48 hours for more customers.
