GREAT FLAVORS
Ceviche
Ceviche has been declared a National Heritage Dish in Peru and is considered the country’s flagship dish. This recognition highlights its importance in the national identity and its role in Peruvian gastronomy.
Tallarines Huancaína
Tallarines a la Huancína is a dish that delights with its freshness and vibrant flavor. This traditional dish combines pasta with a creamy and aromatic Huancaína sauce made with a little fresh Peruvian chili pepper, white cheese, milk, and other secret ingredients.
Pan con Chicharrón
The magic of Pan con Chicharrón lies in the simplicity of its ingredients. Tender pork, carefully fried until golden and crispy, pairs with crusty French bread to soak up the flavorful juices. For a touch of freshness, the vibrant Creole Sauce, with its red onions and lime juice, provides a delicious contrast.
Empanadas Horneadas
de Carne
Peruvian Baked Empanadas are a culinary delight that combines a delicate, Crunchy Dough with a tasty filling of Diced Meat. These empanadas are a real feast for the palate, offering an explosion of flavors and textures in every bite and an irresistible dough.

We loved the tallarines verdes con lomito al jugo!!!! So tender, and the pasta was delicious. We also ordered the sandwich de butifarra and a beef empanada. We loved the Maracuya drink the best. The owner was so Kim in explaining to us and I love that each food item has a picture. Place is small but we went on a Sunday around noon and we had the place to ourselves.Posted on Google![]()

This place, with only three years on the area, it is a place you cannot miss it. I have to say I arrived to this place with high expectations and they were certainly met. Here is my rating based on three aspects: 1. Location: The place is small but full of Peruvian touches; the moment I walked in, I could feel that authentic Peruvian atmosphere. It was very clean and tidy, definitely the kind of place where you want to enjoy Peruvian food. As we call it in Peru:”Un Pequeño Huarique”. (My advice would be to make a reservation in advance if you are a large group). 2. Service: From the very first minute, Ms. Maria Rosa provided top-notch service; her kindness and the special way she treats customers were simply excellent. And now, point 3. The food: I’ve eaten at several restaurants near downtown Chicago, but the chef here surprised me with the presentation of our signature dish, Mr. Ceviche, it was beautiful, distinct, and truly unique. Above all, it captured the authentic flavor of this icon of Peruvian cuisine. The *lomo saltado* was spectacular, the meat with the smoke flavor...simply, delicious. But since not everything is perfect, the drink was refreshing, but it could be better. I give the overall experience a 5-star rating. Thank you to Chef Willie for the love and flavor you put into your creations. It was an interesting experience 100% recommended. I’ll visit again when I’m back in the area...👍🏼 Arriba Peru! 🇵🇪Posted on Google![]()

We order through Grub hub and let me say this way some of the most delicious Peruvian food I have ever had. The lomo saltado was tender juicy and perfectly seared. The arroz chaufa was perfectly cooked and the portion was generous. The tallarines verdes was perfectly seasoned. And last but not least the ceviche con su leche de tigre was exquisite!. We also ordered chicha morada drinks and they were perfect for ourmeal. Give this place a try. I look forward to visiting the place in person.Posted on Google![]()
